"Women and Global Climate Change" panel
On March 8, International Women's Day, faculty members David Pizzo, Kathy Callahan, and Terry Derting, and student Sarah Kelty (recent attendee at the UN Climate Change Conference) will be participating in the "Women and Global Climate Change" panel discussion, sponsored by URSA, the MSU Women's Center and the Murray Environmental Student Society. The panel discussion will address how women in developing countries are disproportionately affected by climate change, and how they can become a disproportionate part of the solution. Don't miss this unique topic and event, scheduled for March 8 from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. in Mason Hall Auditorium.
